Mortgages

Applications for mortgages are by appointment only. The following documents are required at your initial appointment:
- A signed purchase offer (required for purchase only)
- 3 most recent consecutive pay stubs for each member applying
- 2 years signed federal income taxes with W2’s
- 3 years signed federal income taxes with W2's, if you are self-employed or for a new purchase
- Deed to your home
- Most recent paid receipts for county, school, and village taxes
- Statements of any accounts you wish to list as assets
- Statements of debts, if any, to be paid with mortgage
- Statement of current mortgage balance
- Homeowners'/Flood insurance policies
Our Home Improvement Loan allows you to borrow up to $150,000 on your primary residence or up to $100,000 on your rental property.
At your first appointment, it is necessary to provide the following documents:
- 3 most recent pay stubs for each member applying
