Several members have informed us that they have received an automated phone call claiming to be from Tonawanda Valley Federal Credit Union asking for personal information. Please note that TVFCU does not have an automated phone system other than WANDA our automated phone teller; which will not call you, you call her.

Personal Information should never be given to any automated system until you validate its authenticity by calling a phone number listed on your last bill or statement.
