The members of TVFCU elect the Board of Directors at an annual meeting. Board Members serve a voluntary three-year term. The Board of Directors is responsible for safeguarding the assets of the credit union while providing products and services to meet the needs of our members.

Chair - Travis Minor of PW. Minor & Sons Inc. has served our credit union since 1978. He has provided continual support and management guidance.	2009
Co-Chair - Leslie Strollo- a Research Analyst for the Internal Revenue Service became a member of the Board in 1997 after serving on the Asset Liability Committee.	2010
Co-Chair - Norman Reimer -of Graham Manufacturing joined the Board in 1982.	2008
Treasurer - Carolyn Pratt - is the Clerk of the County Legislature. She was appointed to our Asset Liability Committee in 1999 and took her place on the Board in 2000.	2009
Secretary - Donna Morrill -of PW Minor & Sons Inc. has been an active Board Member since 1978. She also acted as the Manager of the Batavia Federal Credit Union until 1980.	2008
Patrick Elmore - a retired faculty member of Genesee Community College, joined the Board in 1982.	2010

Jennifer Condame - of Graham Manufacturing has been serving as a Board Member since 1997.	2008
