No, WANDA is not the name of a person who works at TVFCU, but is what we call our 24-hour Automated Telephone Teller. You can talk to WANDA whenever you need any information about your account, loan rates, TVFCU hours of operation, or many other things.

How can you talk to WANDA?

Dial (585) 344-5544 or (800) 887-5544 and simply key in the series of numbers indicated to hear the information you need. Remember to select an option from the first menu before entering your account number and PIN.

WANDA Quick Tips:

Entering Dollar Amounts:

WANDA needs to have the entire dollar    amount entered. Please use the * key as    the decimal point. For example a $50.00    transfer would need to be entered as    “50*00”.

Remember to include 0’s for amounts greater than a dollar. Please note that pressing the # key will exit you from the current menu, and the * key will repeat the menu options.
