Non-Member Services

Tonawanda Valley Federal Credit Union is a unique financial cooperative committed to providing quality and moderately priced financial services to the people of our community. Our members are most important to us. And because of that, TVFCU members can always expect friendly, personal, and confidential service.

To become a TVFCU member you must live, work, worship or attend school within Genesee County, or be employed with selected area employers. Please contact our office if you need further information.

Once you become a TVFCU member, any member of your family may also join. Although there is no membership fee, you are required to maintain a minimum $5 balance in your savings account to be entitled to all of TVFCU member services. Once your accounts are opened, you and your family remain active members for life, even if you move or change employers.

Non-Member Services

TVFCU is owned by our membership, therefore only members are eligible for our services. However there are a few services available to non-TVFCU members. Non-members are able to receive a Master Card Cash Advance with two forms of ID, the minimum advance is $25.00. As a savings bond agent, TVFCU will redeem and sell savings bonds to non-members with the proper identification. Notary Service is available for a $2.00 fee.
