Only the member or joint owner of the account can submit an address change. All changes need to be submitted in writing and include the signature of either the member or joint owner.
Due to the Patriot Act passed by Congress in 2001, if the member uses a P.O. Box, they are also required to furnish us with their physical street address. This information is for record keeping purposes only. In addition, we will also need a current telephone number with the address change submission.
